Rolfing® Structural Integration
Ideal for athletes, individuals with chronic pain or injuries, and anyone seeking to enhance their well-being, Rolfing® Structural Integration can help improve posture, alleviate pain, and enhance flexibility. Unlike traditional massage, Rolfing® Structural Integration is a holistic practice rooted in connective tissue manipulation and nervous system integration. Rolfing® can help support healing and recovery from: herniated discs, sciatica, muscle spasms or strains, sprained joints, surgeries, tendonitis, ACL injuries and more!
Rolfing® involves manual therapy (hands-on) which works with restrictions in fascia, tendons and ligaments, and creates opportunities for neurological integration. Clients often find significant ease in movement and posture, reduced pain, and improved balance in their bodies. With less energy spent dealing with the many effects of chronic pain and tension, more energy is available to you to live your life more authentically.
The Ten Series™ approaches wellness from a systematic and holistic view of your entire person. You receive ten Rolfing® sessions for the cost of 9 when you make this whole-body investment. Each session focuses on freeing restrictions in fascia or neurological patterns in a particular region of the body, to balance and optimize structure (shape) and function (movement).


Personalized Yoga

Personalized 1-on-1 yoga sessions are designed to support your unique needs. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced yogi, we will work together to tailor a practice just for YOU! Offered in person and virtually - you decide where, when and how you practice. Sessions can be 30 mins, 60 mins or 90 mins - so you also decide how long you practice.

These sessions are open to EVERY BODY, and can be selected as an add-on to Rolfing sessions.
Combining mindful movement and breath work after a Rolfing® session offers you an opportunity to explore and reinforce positive changes in your own movement patterns, posture and breath.
