My journey to becoming a Certified Rolfer® and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) began with practicing martial arts as a child. My teacher always emphasized the importance of form, posture, and balance as the foundations of our practice. Eventually, form, posture, and balance became guiding principles throughout my life -- developing my skills as a college basketball player, balancing work & life responsibilities as a high school science teacher, and eventually deepening my yoga and Rolfing® practices.
ā
In 2016, I earned a scholarship to train as a yoga teacher at The Source Energy Yoga School in Lakewood, Ohio, where I learned to unite body, mind, and breath through yoga. This foundation deepened my understanding of movement and holistic wellness. My personal yoga practice often involves combining Vinyasa and Yin elements, embracing the balance offered between the two. My teaching style is kind, authentic and always open to everyone - I truly believe yoga is for EVERY BODY.
ā
In 2021, during a lengthy & challenging battle with a COVID-19 infection and its debilitating symptoms, I discovered Rolfing®. It became a transformative experience in my own healing. While Rolfing® did not cure me from Long COVID, it made my body feel better, my brain more relaxed, and my recovery more supported. Since completing my Ten Series™ with Advanced Rolfer® Jessica Dillard, I have been free from chronic back pain and migraines, moved my body with increased ease, and found breathing to feel easier and more efficient!
ā
In 2023, I took a leave of absence from teaching high school science to pursue Rolfing® training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, with a focus on helping others heal as I had. I spent a year learning and rediscovering myself.
ā
Now back home in Cleveland, just a mile from where I grew up, I’ve proudly created a space where I can share the benefits of both Rolfing® and yoga with my community.

About The Ten Series™

The Ten-Series⢠is thoughtfully divided into three distinct phases, each targeting specific areas of the body to facilitate comprehensive integration: Sessions 1-3: The "Sleeve" Sessions These initial sessions focus on loosening and balancing the superficial layers of connective tissue, setting the foundation for deeper work: Session 1: Enhancing Breath and Upper Body Mobility Work centers around the arms, ribcage, diaphragm, upper legs, hamstrings, neck, and spine to improve breathing capacity and upper body flexibility (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 2: Establishing a Stable Foundation Focuses on the feet and lower legs to provide a stable base, addressing foot alignment and lower leg muscles to support the body's structure (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 3: Creating Lateral Depth Addresses the relationship between the head, shoulder girdle, and hips, aiming to balance the front and back of the body and enhance lateral flexibility (Rolf Institute, 2025). Sessions 4-7: The "Core" Sessions These sessions delve into deeper structures, focusing on the body's core to release long-held tensions: Session 4: Lower Body Integration Targets the inner legs from ankle to pelvis, aligning the foot-pelvis relationship and addressing knee and hip torsions to enhance lower body support (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 5: Balancing Front and Back Works on deep abdominal muscles and the curve of the back, aiming to balance the body's front and back structures for improved posture (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 6: Deep Back and Hip Release Focuses on the deep muscles of the back and hips, including the sacrum, to promote pelvic mobility and support (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 7: Head and Neck Alignment Dedicated to the neck and head, this session aims to integrate these areas with the rest of the body for improved movement and posture (Rolf Institute, 2025). Sessions 8-10: Integration and Closure The final sessions aim to integrate the changes made, ensuring the body functions as a cohesive whole: Session 8: Lower Body Integration Works on integrating the lower body with the pelvis and spine, enhancing overall movement efficiency (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 9: Upper Body Integration Focuses on the ribcage, shoulders, arms, neck, and head to ensure these areas move harmoniously with the rest of the body (Rolf Institute, 2025). Session 10: Full Body Integration Brings together all the previous work, inspiring a sense of order and balance, and ensuring lasting structural health (Rolf Institute, 2025). Benefits of the Ten-Series⢠Clients often experience a range of benefits upon completing the Ten-Seriesā¢, including: Enhanced posture and alignment Increased flexibility and range of motion Improved movement efficiency and coordination Reduction in chronic pain and tension Greater body awareness and mindfulness The RolfingĀ® Ten-Series⢠is more than just a sequence of sessions; it's a transformative journey toward a more balanced and integrated self. By addressing the body as a whole, RolfingĀ® Structural Integration facilitates lasting changes that promote health and vitality.
